PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure every client receives the time and care they deserve, Rose Beauty kindly asks that any cancellations or appointment changes are made with as much notice as possible. A CANCELLATION FEE may be charged for LATE CANCELLATIONS, MISSED APPOINTMENTS, or if you arrive too late for your scheduled appointment and there is no longer enough time to complete your treatment.The decision to apply a cancellation fee is at the discretion of Rose Beauty. If you cancel before the notice period outlined in your booking confirmation or attend your appointment as scheduled, NO CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED. As cancellation fees only apply when the policy is not followed, payment for your treatment will be taken in full once your appointment has been completed.
